Quinn founded NW Landlord Solutions on a straightforward premise: landlords deserve a lawyer who knows their world, knows the courts, and gets results fast.
After earning his J.D. and MBA from Willamette University in 2001, Quinn began practicing in Clark County Superior Court that same year. Over more than two decades in those courtrooms, he has developed the kind of familiarity with the bench, the clerks, and the process that only comes from being present, consistently, for a long time.
Quinn entered the landlord-tenant space in 2013 and has been building his practice around it ever since, focusing on it as his primary area since 2015. NW Landlord Solutions represents landlords exclusively — evictions, fair housing defense, and the full range of landlord-tenant matters that property owners and managers face.
He handles all negotiations, motion practice, and trial strategy personally. Property management companies that work with NW Landlord Solutions get an attorney who knows their business — not a rotating roster of associates who need to be briefed on every file.
Quinn serves clients throughout Southwest Washington and is an active member of the Washington Multifamily Housing Association's Government Affairs Committee. He is also admitted to the Oregon Bar.
Joyce has been employed in the legal field for more than 25 years, with experience in the areas of Collection Law and Probate. Prior to joining NW Landlord Solutions, she spent seventeen years as a senior paralegal specializing in Washington State Landlord/Tenant law. Having found her niche in the legal community, regardless of how crazy or complicated it may be, she fears no eviction. Joyce is excited about NW Landlord Solutions and being solely available to landlords, the one area of law that she is passionate about.
A lifelong resident of Washington State, in her spare time Joyce enjoys reading, traveling, painting, and all things French Bulldogs.
